B. NOMINATION OF OFFICERS SHALL BE BY NOMINATION COMMITTEE CONSISTING OF SIX MEMBERS. THREE APPOINTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THREE ELECTED BY THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP AT THE REGULAR OCTOBER MEETING. THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE SHALL NOMINATE AT LEAST ONE PERSON FOR EACH OFFICE TO BE FILLED. NOMINATIONS SHALL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE REGULAR NOVEMBER MEETING AT WHICH TIME FURTHER NOMINATIONS FOR EACH OFFICE MAY BE MADE BY MEMBERS PRESENT. ANY NOMINATIONS MADE FROM THE FLOOR MUST RECEIVE A SECOND IN ORDER TO APPEAR ON THE BALLOT. ELECTIONS SHALL BE HELD AT THE REGULAR DECEMBER MEETING. OFFICERS WILL ASSUME THEIR DUTIES AT THE THE JANUARY MEETING. |
