1. Entry Fee per Cage will be $3.00 . No cap.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for entering their birds in the correct Class and Section . For help, consult with the Chief Steward or Society Classifier.
3. All Judges decisions are final. Judges are NOT to be disturbed during judging. Do not confront or consult with the judge prior to the Show, during the Show or at lunch break.
4. The Exotic Bird Club of Florida agree to give due care to all exhibits. All birds entered for exhibit are under the care of the Show Management, and shall not be handled by anyone but Show Staff. The Officers and Members of E.B.C.F. and the Palm Bay Senior Center will not be responsible for any loss or damage where due care has been taken or while enroute to or from the Show.
5. The Show is officially closed when all judging is final. No bird exhibit shall be removed from the Show area untill Show Stewards check the entry forms and show box tags. Stewards will control the Exit of all exhibits. No one but Show staff shall be permitted behind the show benches. Benched best in show exhibits will be checked out by stewards prior to removal. All checked birds must be removed immediately.
6. The Show Manager and the Show Secretary reserve the right to check any bands of exhibited birds. Any entries showing signs of illness or injury will be removed from the Show hall immediately. The owners will be notified as soon as possible.
7. All birds must be in standard show boxes as required by the Division Society. If not required by the Division Society Standard bird cages will be allowed, flat tops are requested but not mandated. Please consult with your Division Society. Standard plain seed should cover the Show Box or Cage floor. All show boxes/cages shall have water.
8. Bird Sales tables are subject to Show Rules applying to illness or injury. All bird sellers and exhibitors should posses a current Florida Fish and Wildlife Permit . No birds will be allowed out of cages in the Show Hall. Vendors may display birds on cage tops within their assigned area however NO birds uncaged will be permitted on the Main show floor. Vendors are responsible for any State Sales tax. All birds should be properly housed with appropriate food and moisture. All Sales agreements are between buyer and seller only.
NO VISITOR will be allowed entry to the Show with un-caged birds for any reason.
9. Bird sales ARE NOT permitted with-in the Exhibition Show areas. See Yvonne Weir or S Sara McNamara for other arrangements.
10. Any violation of the rules will be just and sufficient cause for disbarment and withholding of awards. The Show Manager and Show Secretary / or the Show Committee claims the right to render a final decision in any case not covered by these rules, to make any changes necessary, and to refuse any entry it deems fit .
